One such adorable video is currently doing the rounds on social media where a man could be seen rescuing a dog who was stuck in a dark corner of a housing society. This heartwarming clip has restored the internet’s faith in humanity.
In the clip, an Instagram user named Shikhar Kundra claimed that he heard a dog crying in a corner when he left his home for a walk, but he couldn’t able to find him. After looking around, Shikhar found the dog stuck in a dark area under a staircase of his society.
“He was stuck there as the climbing height was more than his height. So I decided to help him out. But he was so tired he couldn’t even stand up on two legs so I could pull him up,” Shikhar said in the video, adding that at one moment he decided to give up, but his heart melted after looking at the helpless eyes of the stray dog.
“The only way left was to go inside and lift him up and that’s exactly what I did,” said Shikhar. He then went inside the dark corner and rescued the dog. “Uske baad kaafi khush lag raha tha (he seemed quite happy after that),” Sikhar added. He also fed eggs to his new furry friend.
